My Résumé is a rather pretty looking document in Word format, but recruitment agents and potential employers have often expressed disdain toward the tabulated nature of my art
(see the quote below from a source that will remain anonymous)
** And could you please detabulate the CV – It’s a major pain in the [#$!] for my data extraction tool when converting your CV into its database…..
Wrestle no longer my friends, I have created an online version of my CV/Résumé which should be relatively easy to cut and paste into your systems.
Today I decided to play around with Papervision3D with some reasonably successful results. You can see the fruit of today’s work in the heading, where it will probably live until I do something funky with the rest of the site. If you move the mouse around on the movie you will notice that the cube changes behaviour a little. Try finding the “sweet spot” if you get bored… it will make the cube stop rotating. I may blog some more on Papervision3D in the future as it is a very neat framework once you get used to it.

This, bolstered by the fact that people I generally work for don’t want me to share my work either, makes me feel even more nervous. That said, the purpose of this site is to be generous and show off my abilities as much as possible. When I am feeling selfish about my code, I often remind myself of the inspiring Kato Wulf (the creator of Zentrack) and the huge amount of graft he put in for the love of his project. Obviously, I have great respect for people like Richard Stallman and Linus Torvalds too, but Kato is much closer to [my virtual] home. More »
I have been working as a software architect/developer in the telecoms and revenue assurance arena for approximately ten years. So when my ground breaking friend started talking about a brand new site dedicated to the demystification of telecoms revenue assurance I jumped on board. If you have any idea what I’m talking about here then you will find the new site very interesting.
Time for a quick update on what I have been up to: Apart from the never ending quest for a decent job, I have been working on Zentrack with Kato Wulf finishing off the last of the 2.6.x functionality ready for the leap to version 3.0. The main feature I am working on is More »
